PR123 through PR127 are one paired Pacific Ocean group, and each release description says the media was digitally altered before being reported to AARO and is presented as received.
This is a direct provenance constraint from the publisher, not an inference from the imagery. Any frame-level analysis needs to distinguish the released file from native sensor data and from the state of the media before it reached AARO.

The descriptions for PR123, PR124, and PR125 additionally call the footage a secondary capture recorded from a hand-held device. The catalog identifies all five records as Pacific Ocean incidents from 2019.
